Comments:

An onsite unannounced, monitoring inspection was conducted on March 31, 2022 from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. The agency reports 5 adoptive families approved and waiting for placement. During this inspection, two adoptive home records were reviewed. One personnel record was reviewed. The Executive Director was available for the inspection and present for the exit interview at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
