Comments:

An onsite, unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was completed on 5/18/2022. The onsite inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 3:00 pm. The agency reports 5 children placed and 19 approved adoptive homes. The District Supervisor was available for the inspection and the exit interview at the end of the day. One birth parent/child file was reviewed and one adoptive home record was reviewed. Background checks for three additional adoptive families approved since the last inspection were also reviewed. Three personnel records were reviewed. Background checks for a Corporate Officer and an agent were also reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding renewal inspections. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
