Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/1/2022 from 9:35am to 12:00 pm. There are no birth parent/child or provider home case records kept at this location, although the office is available to conduct any needed child-placing activities. The record for one employee was reviewed during this inspection. Two employees were interviewed during this inspection and a tour of the office was conducted. The Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Family Engagement and Mobility Services were available for the inspection. The exit interview took place on September 1, 2022. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
