Type of inspection: Monitoring An inspection was conducted on 12/19/2022 Number of children in care: 5 Number of approved provider homes: 30 Number of children?s records reviewed: 1 Number of staff records reviewed: 3 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 entrance interview and 1 exit interview with the Pregnancy Counselor and the Executive Director Additional Comments/Discussion: 4 provider home records were reviewed.
