Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 4/3/2023 from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the HR Coordinator Number of staff records reviewed (1) This office is a location for child-placing activities to occur at this location, but no active client and family records are currently housed here. There are no birth parent/child or provider home case records kept at this location, although the office is available to conduct any needed child placing activities. HR records are housed at this location. The agency has hired (1) new staff since that last inspection. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. An exit meeting was conducted with HR Coordinator on 4/3/2023 and the Director of Adoption Services on 4/4/2023. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
