Number of children in care: 0 Number of approved provider homes: 21 approved providers in various stages of the adoption process Number of children?s records reviewed: N/A Number of staff records reviewed: 0 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 entrance interview with the Chief Administrator and 1 exit interview with the Chief Administrator Additional Comments/Discussion: 3 provider home records were reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
