Type of inspection: Renewal An on site renewal inspection was completed on 10/11/23 in Portsmouth. This was a renewal inspection at the 6 month mark as the agency was issued an initial license in April due to a change in ownership at the beginning of the year. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed. Number of children in care: 32 Number of approved provider homes: 27 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of children?s records reviewed: 4 Number of staff records reviewed: 3 new staff records were reviewed Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 entrance interview with the Program Director and the Compliance Director. 1 exit interview with the Program Director. Observations by licensing inspector: The license was posted along with inspection documents. Additional Comments/Discussion: 3 provider records, 3 corporate officer records and 1 agent record were also reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
