Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 9:30a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on 12/11/2023. Reviewed (1) closed adoption record The Licensing Inspector met with Director of Community and Financial Housing at the site. This office houses the closed records for all the Virginia licensed offices of CCEVA. On occasion, child-placing activities occur at this location, but no active client and family records are retained here. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with the standard 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. A copy of the agency's policies and procedures were available for review, and if requested. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
