An onsite renewal inspection was conducted on November 30, 2023 from 10:45 am to 3:00 p.m. An entrance, and preliminary/exit findings review were completed and an Acknowledgment of Inspection form was left with the facility on the same day of the onsite inspection. Number of children in care: 6 Number of children?s records reviewed: 3 (included 1 discharge) Number of staff records reviewed: 2 The building and grounds were inspected. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
