Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 12/28/23 from 3:10 PM ? 8:14 PM - Inspection conducted simultaneously with Turning Point Home for Boys-Site 1 ? Monitoring Inspection 12/29/23 from 9:45 AM ? 6:15 PM - Inspection conducted simultaneously with Turning Point Home for Boys-Site 1 ? Monitoring Inspection The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. Number of residents in care at the beginning of the inspection: 2 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the building and grounds of the facility. Number of resident?s records reviewed: 2 Number of staff records reviewed: 2 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Additional Comments/Discussion: An entrance conference was held on 12/28/23. In addition to what is noted above, the other documentation reviewed during this inspection included, but was not limited to the following: medication administration records, emergency drill documentation, menus, staff work schedules, and daily log entries. No discrepancies were found with the CRF matrix. The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) was available and accessible during the inspection on both dates. The preliminary findings meeting was conducted with the CAO on 12/29/23 in order to seek clarification about several documents that were reviewed. An exit meeting was conducted on 2/5/24 to review the inspection findings. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
