When you reach out to NextGen FIRST, our team will help you learn about the program and what comes next.

Step 1: Talk With a Case Advisor
A NextGen FIRST Case Advisor will ask about your needs and goals.

Step 2: Learn About the Program
Your Case Advisor will explain how NextGen FIRST works, what help is offered and what you need to do to join.

Step 3: Make a Plan
If you join, you and your Case Advisor will set goals and make a plan based on your needs.

Step 4: Connect With a Workforce Partner
Your Case Advisor will connect you to a workforce partner for job search help, job training and other work needs.

Step 5: Stay in Touch
Stay in touch with your Case Advisor and workforce partner. Let them know if you need help as you work toward your goals.
